Clinical Standards & Safety
How we decide whether a treatment is right for you, and what happens if something does not feel right.
How screening works
You request a visit
Book online or by phone. No treatment is scheduled until your screening has been reviewed.
Complete the health screening
A short questionnaire covering your medical history, current medications, allergies, and how you are feeling today.
Your provider reviews it
Your screening is reviewed personally by our nurse practitioner, who may follow up with questions or ask for more detail.
Confirmation
If the treatment is appropriate, your visit is confirmed. If it is not, you will be told why, with alternatives where possible.
Who we may decline
We may decline or postpone a treatment based on your screening. This is a clinical decision, made for your safety — not a judgment about you.
