Cancellation Policy
Effective July 2026
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled visit. To reschedule, call or text us at 516-550-4887.
Cancelling
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment are fully refunded with no fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled treatment price.
Late arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled time, we may need to shorten or reschedule your visit to accommodate the next guest.
Clinic-initiated cancellations
If we ever need to reschedule or cancel your appointment for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook at your convenience.
